The SAIL program provides a unique opportunity for administrators to not only participate in job-embedded learning that is fully applicable in daily tasks, but also receive credits for both state-required continuing education and credits toward a Master's Degree or a Doctoral Degree.

*Concordia University Chicago and SAIL for Education have partnered for 100% online graduate and post-graduate degree programs for educators. Through this partnership, educators can earn a master's degree or a doctorate. Concordia University Chicago has embedded SAIL for Experienced Administrators, Teacher Leaders, and National Board Certified Teacher Leaders into their online doctoral work, and offers a route to initial principal as well as superintendent licensure.

Graduate Credit

In addition to the doctoral programs, SAIL for Education is approved for graduate credit at Ashland University, Ashland, Ohio. Please note that Ashland credit is only available to our face-to-face learners; our online learners are not eligible for Ashland credit.

Continuing Education Opportunities

In California, SAIL for Education is approved as a Professional Clear Alternative Administrative Services Credential Program (August 12, 2004) by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. The programs serve K-12 administrators.
