Where do I find my User ID and Password?

Your User ID and Password were handed out at the first SAIL Institute. They are located inside of the Educational Impact folder. If you are unable to locate your user id and password, send an e-mail containing your name, to info@sailforeducation.org.

My User ID and Password will not work on the SAIL Website.

I have a different user id and password for the SAIL Website and the EI Website. Can I combine these?

Yes. Send an e-mail containing your name, both user ids and passwords to info@sailforeducation.org. (NOTE - we'll set up e-mail address that will automatically copy you and I so we can track any questions)

School-Level Indicators of Instructional Leadership (360 Assessment)

My supervisor/staff said that they completed the survey for the 360_ Assessment and submitted the results, but the website does not show that it is complete.

If the survey was not done in a timely manner, it is possible that the webpage "timed-out" and did not register when it was submitted. The survey will need to be completed again. We strongly suggest that the survey is completed in a word document (copy and paste into the webpage). This will eliminate the need to rewrite the survey if it does not register.

My supervisor/staff received the survey for the 360_ Assessment via e-mail, but when they click on the link in the e-mail, the website is asking for a user id and password.

It is possible the URL was broken when the e-mail was sent. Copy and paste the link into a word document. Make sure that the link is on one line and try to open it. If this does not work, send an e-mail describing the problem to info@sailforeducation.org (include your user id and password).

How do I resend the invitations for the 360 Assessment?

Log onto the www.sailforeducation.org website and click "Resend Invitations" located under the heading, "School-Level Indicators of Instructional Leadership (360 Assessment)." This will only resend invitations to supervisor/staff members who have not successfully completed the survey.

After sending invitations to my staff, I received notification that some of the surveys were undeliverable, but the e-mail addresses were correct.

Please confirm that the e-mail addresses are correct. If not, please send an e-mail to info@sailforeducation.org with the participant's name, e-mail along with your name, id and password and we can re-send the invitation for you.

How do I get the results of the 360 Assessment?

Click on "Results" located under the heading, "School-Level Indicators of Instructional Leadership (360 Assessment)." From the listed groups, click on either the SUMMARY link to view an overview of a particular group or click on the DETAILS link to view results for each question.

Excellence for Learning Assessment (DISC)

I completed the Excellence for Learning Assessment (DISC), but there is not a completed date on the web page. How do I know my results were captured?

A completion date will not appear on the webpage for the Excellence for Learning Assessment (DISC). Your results will be sent to you.
