Through SAIL for Education, driven by assessments and experiential learning through the SAIL Cycles and 360º Assessment Center, every participant will develop a Personalized Learning Plan that will systemically drive his/her school-based project, the Continuous School Improvement Plan, in order to increase student achievement and improve instructional leadership.
